About Me

I was born and raised in Harlem, New York City. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University, where I also competed as an NCAA Division I athlete. Currently, I am a graduate student pursuing my Master’s in Sport Psychology.

Between the stigma surrounding mental health, the chaos of busy schedules, and a lack of accessible resources, the mental aspect of performance is often neglected by athletes. My goal is to provide athletes with the tools to sharpen their mind so it matches the strength of their body.

This work isn't just about becoming a better athlete or performer; I want you to develop skills that are valuable beyond sports allowing you to lead a more fulfilled, high-quality life.
